EWA: Learn AI Skills
Last updated: 28.07.2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lithium Lab Pte Ltd, 1 George Street #10-01, Singapore ("we", "us") processes your personal data when you use EWA: Learn AI Skills — the website at https://ewaskills.com/ and our iOS and Android applications (the "Service"). We are the data controller for this processing. Contact: support@ewaskills.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, password (stored in hashed form), language and account settings. If you sign in with Facebook, Google, or Apple, we receive your name and email from that provider.
- AI conversations: the messages you send to the AI Tools, the AI-generated responses, and related metadata (selected model, timestamps). You can delete conversations in the Service.
- Usage data: how you use the Service — screens viewed, courses and lessons opened and completed, features used, purchase funnel events.
- Purchase data: your plan, subscription status, and order history. Payments are processed by Paddle (website), Apple (App Store), and Google (Google Play); we do not collect or store your full card details.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, app version, identifiers from cookies and similar technologies.
- Support data: the content of your messages when you contact us or leave feedback.
2. How we use your data
- To provide the Service: your account, access to purchased features, and generating AI responses to your messages (performance of a contract).
- To process payments and manage subscriptions (performance of a contract).
- To improve the Service through analytics and diagnostics (legitimate interests).
- To keep the Service safe: detecting misuse and enforcing our Terms (legitimate interests; legal obligation where reporting is required).
- To send service communications such as receipts and important notices (performance of a contract), and — with your consent — marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time (consent).
- To comply with legal obligations, including accounting and responding to lawful requests (legal obligation).
We do not use your data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not sell or share your personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
3. AI features
When you use the AI Tools, the content of your messages and relevant conversation history is sent to AI models operated by us or by our AI service providers, as described in Section 4, solely to generate responses and keep the Service safe.
This transfer is necessary to provide the AI Tools you have asked us to run, and our legal basis for it is the performance of our contract with you. By accepting this Policy when you create an account, you acknowledge that your messages are sent to these providers. If you do not want your messages to be processed in this way, do not use the AI Tools — the rest of the Service remains available to you.
Your conversations are stored so you can access your history; you can delete a conversation in the Service at any time. Conversations flagged by safety systems, or reported by users through the in-app reporting option available on every AI-generated response, may be reviewed to enforce our Terms, and content may be preserved or reported where the law requires.
Our AI service providers process this content on our instructions and are not permitted to use it to train their own models.
4. Who we share data with
We share your personal data only as necessary to operate the Service, with the following categories of recipients:
- cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
- AI service providers, to generate responses in the AI Tools;
- payment processors: Paddle, Apple, Google;
- analytics and marketing service providers;
- sign-in providers — Facebook, Google, Apple — if you choose to use them;
- authorities or advisers where required by law.
Each third party with whom we share your personal data is bound by contract to provide the same or an equivalent level of protection for that data as set out in this Policy, and may use it only for the purposes we specify. You can request details of the specific recipients by contacting us at support@ewaskills.com.
5. Cookies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies: strictly necessary (sign-in and core functionality), functional (your preferences), analytics, and marketing. Where required by law, non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw via the cookie banner or settings. You can also block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
6. International transfers
We and our service providers operate in different countries, including Singapore and the United States. Where required, transfers of personal data from the EU/EEA or UK are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account or a conversation, the related data is deleted from our systems within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required by law (for example, billing records) or for resolving disputes and preventing abuse.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing (including direct marketing), and to withdraw consent at any time. Exercising these rights is free of charge. To exercise them, contact support@ewaskills.com or use the account deletion option in the Service settings; we respond within one month.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions bought there can only be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC); in the EU/EEA or UK, your local supervisory authority. Residents of certain US states may have additional rights under state privacy laws; contact us to exercise them.
9. Age requirement
The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe that someone under 16 has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
We will post updates on this page with a new "Last updated" date and will notify you of material changes by email or in the Service before they take effect.
